Sue and John Hooper both have a passion for the Peak District National Park and its superb countryside. We have lived here for many years and have a good knowledge of the area from its towns, villages and stately homes through to the many outdoor activities it supports.

We are both hard working and dedicated to making your stay with us in Bakewell as enjoyable as possible. We offer a warm welcome and a friendly and helpful response to your requirements including:

  • Help with planning your itinerary.
  • Information on local events such as the annual Bakewell Show and the Well  Dressings that take place in many of the local villages.
  • The supply of a selection of maps and guide books.
  • Making bookings or reservations on your behalf.
  • Picking you up or dropping you off locally if transportation is a problem.
